Sinopsis

Cristina, 15 years old, does not accept that her father, an emergency doctor, is going to the Amazon. The adolescent's crisis intersects with the crisis of her parents and that of a health pandemic that threatens to change the world. Cristina will travel in the footsteps of her father and -paraphrasing Dickens- will discover in the indigenous communities of the Amazon that “it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness..."
Cristina tells us all this from the future, 40 years later, in 2060, when the metamorphosis started with the pandemic has given birth to dystopia but also to resistance.
